- High Rock: Serves as the administrative seat for the East Grand Bahama district. It is located roughly 40 miles east of Freeport and 20 miles west of McLean’s Town.
- McLean’s Town: The easternmost settlement on Grand Bahama Island. It is famous for its annual Conch Cracking Festival and offers direct ferry service to Crown Haven, the northernmost point of neighboring Abaco.
